These are the DNA Services we provide.

Legally Admissible DNA Paternity Test:

In order to be legally admissible the test must meet certain requirements and follow a strict chain of custody process which we adhere to on every case. We are the largest processor of legal DNA findings in the state of Kentucky. We have provided or continue to provide services for several state and local government agencies with their cases. We are the go-to for most hospitals in our region. Our prices are the most competitive. These are some of the biggest advantages of working with AccuGen DNA. We have a downloadable app on the Google Play store. If you download the app and contact us through the app we will give you additional discounts. We honor all law enforcement agencies as well as veterans who served this nation with an additional discount of 5%. We have been doing that for as long as we have been in business. Thank you for your service. Following is a list of must-dos with Chain of Custody testing.

   •    Samples must be collected by an impartial third party.
   •    Tested individuals must be positively identified. (We will need a government issued ID and we take photographs)
   •    Samples are sealed and carefully tracked throughout the process.
   •    You receive a notarized lab report that is a legal document.
   •    DNA analysis is conducted by a AABB and ISO certified laboratory.
   •    Each test is independently run twice for even more accuracy.

Peace of Mind DNA Paternity Test:

If you do not need the test for any legal purpose, but for your own information and peace of mind then this is the test to purchase. We also offer the low-priced home-kit with guaranteed results, unlike most other companies. This is due to the fact that we test and identify twice as many genetic markers as our competition.
   •    Samples may be collected in our office or by you at home.
   •    While not admissible in court there is no difference in the accuracy of the test, inadmissibility is due to how samples are collected and chain of custody process.
   •    If you do not need it for court this test will save you over a hundred dollars.

Infidelity Test:

If you suspect your spouse or partner of cheating on you and have a suspicious article of clothing or other object, DNA testing typically provides conclusive results that confirm or deny the presence of male and/or female DNA. Once conclusive results are obtained we can also run a DNA comparative analyses to identify the DNA source. Grandpaternity DNA Test:

In some cases the alleged father is not available. If the alleged father’s parents are available we can do a Grandpaternity Test using DNA from both Grandparents, the mother and the child. This test will yield the same accuracy as a Paternity test using the father. This test may be performed as a legally admissible (chain of custody) test or a peace of mind test.

Siblingship Study:

This DNA test can tell if two people are full siblings (they have the same mother and father), if they are half siblings (have different fathers and same mother or different mothers and same father) or if they are not related.

Prenatal Paternity Test:

We can provide pre-natal testing after 9 weeks of pregnancy. This test is done with an amniocenteses where a very small amount of fluid is drawn from the mother’s womb. This amniotic fluid contains some of the baby’s cells and may be used for DNA testing. The sample is collected by a maternal fetal specialist. Call for a consultation and pricing.

Non-Invasive Prenatal Test:

We also have a non-invasive prenatal test using the mother’s blood which naturally contains the child’s DNA and a swab from the father. Call for a prenatal consultation and pricing.
